Ready to learn techniques to help manage your chronic pain?
Unique tools to help you get back on track.

Hypnotherapy can offer a relaxing, forward-looking and positive option for those looking to learn new ways to manage the symptoms of chronic pain.  A guided step on the road to wellbeing.  Historic pain messages can get trapped in our circuitry and, sometimes, need a bit of help to be switched off once the source of the initial pain has fully healed.

Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy is a style of therapy where the focus is very much on the solution and, by working in this way, we can learn new ways of coping and managing old thoughts and sensations.

Your personalised treatment plan will be centred around you and your goals.  The process can often facilitate fast-acting feelings of relief from stored pain messages, and allow you to learn new patterns and templates that you can use, adapt and enjoy to maintain your wellbeing now and in the future.

Please remember that hypnotherapy should not be used instead of seeking medical advice from your GP in cases of medical need.  You must have received confirmation from a medical professional that there is no longer any physical reason for your chronic pain before looking to use hypnotherapy for this purpose.  Using hypnotherapy for pain when a physical source is still present could allow further damage and resulting/increased pain to occur.
