Service Description
Approximately 20 minutes - Completely free & carries no obligation to proceed. We will have time to discuss what you would like to achieve, take some basic details, & answer any questions you may have. You will also be provided with a free relaxation audio, via email, following your consultation so that you can start utilising the benefits of hypnotherapy straight away (irrespective of whether you decided to continue onto individual sessions). Please watch the 'What's it all about' video before booking your Discovery Call, as this answers many of the common questions about hypnotherapy. You do not have to have a Discovery Call in order to book your first session, it is entirely your choice. Cancellation Policy
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required on all Hypnotherapy Session bookings. A £20 non-refundable deposit is required on all Smoking/Vaping Cessation bookings. If you need to cancel or reschedule please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. Appointments cancelled without the requested notice period may be liable for a charge of the full cost of the session.
