Meet Kim
Kim Sweetland (She/Her)
Solution Focused Hypnotherapist based in Exmouth, Devon
As an autistic and ADHD diagnosed therapist and anxiety sufferer myself, I understand how exhausting it can feel when your mind seems to be working against you. My aim is to provide a calm, supportive space where you can better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and move towards the future you want.

My approach is practical, future-focused and grounded in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
Sessions are delivered in person, for a personal appraoch, from my Exmouth clinic and are welcoming to adults from all backgrounds.

What happens next?

What is hypnotherapy?
A gentle, science-informed approach that uses relaxation and focused attention to help create positive changes in thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Will I be in control during the session?
Yes
Hypnosis is simply a relaxed, focused state. You are aware and could stop at any point.

Do I have to relive
trauma?
No
We work by helping you move forward, not by reliving painful memories.
